Delete your account

How to request deletion

In-app account deletion is not available yet. To delete your account, email support@lllanguage.com from the same address you use to sign in.

Use a subject line such as “Delete my lllanguage account” and include:

• The email address on the account
• A clear request to delete the account and associated data

What we delete

• Your account identity and sign-in association
• Captured expressions, notes, and mastery / recall history
• Stored practice and conversation recordings tied to your account
• Listening intentions and related saved reflections

We may retain limited records where the law requires (for example resolving a dispute) or anonymized operational logs that no longer identify you.

Timing

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request. You will receive a short confirmation when it is done. After deletion you will need a new account if you return.

App Store and Google Play

Deleting the app from your device does not delete your server-side account. Follow the steps above (or future in-app deletion) to remove your data from lllanguage.
